NOSS-OK is the state chapter of the National Organization for Student Success, a community of educators committed to equity, student support, and meaningful educational partnerships.

Cyndi Munson is an American politician serving as the Minority Leader of the Oklahoma House of Representatives since 2022 and as the state representative for District 85, which includes parts of Oklahoma City, since 2015. A member of the Democratic Party, she is the first Asian American elected to the Oklahoma Legislature. Born in Monterey, California, and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma, Munson is the daughter of a U.S. military veteran.. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and a master's degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Before entering public office, Munson worked in the nonprofit sector. In the legislature, she has focused on issues affecting working families, including public education, economic opportunity, criminal justice reform, and support for vulnerable populations. Munson was elected House Democratic Leader by her caucus and has been reelected to the role, serving as the top Democratic leader in the chamber.
